Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at SolMaster. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
  • Clearance or final sale items

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@solmaster.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, only a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at hello@solmaster.uk and we’ll assist you.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
